Ukrainian Counterattack Forces Russians To Retreat Near Siversk

This is another of the many recent actions which have forced Russian troops to retreat despite their advantages in unit strength and equipment and reports of their recent gains. 

This suggests that the Russians are not as strong as many, particularly in the western media, would appear to believe. JL 

Defense Express reports:

A large encounter battle took place near the village of Pishchane mear Siversk in the Donetsk region, with the use of grenades, hand grenade launchers and small arms. resulting in the Defenders of Ukraine forcing russians to flee.  Both sides were estimated to have equal strength. "Stabilization actions by our troops in the direction of Shevchenko village were planned for the same time"

A large encounter battle took place near the village of Pishchane in the Donetsk region, resulting in the Defenders of Ukraine forcing russians to flee. This was announced on Saturday, December 14, by the DeepState project.

The occupation forces have reportedly begun deploying assault groups to take control of the village.

"Coincidentally, stabilization actions by our troops in the direction of Shevchenko village were planned for the same time," the statement reads.

It is noted that both sides were estimated to have equal strength.

 

"There was a counterattack with the use of grenades, hand grenade launchers and small arms. The Defense Forces put up a fight, the enemy rolled back to the landings near Shevchenko," DeepState added.

Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukraine holds back 60,000 russian troops in the Kursk region.
