North Korean Soldiers In Kursk Complain They're Not Getting Enough Food

Russia's notoriously inept logistics capabilities have already become a problem for its new North Korean allies who are complaining that they have not been given enough food. 

The Russian military command's short term - and knowing the Russians, probably long term - solution was to transfer food from a nearby Russian airborne brigade, which no doubt made them unhappy, as well. JL

North Korean soldiers fighting alongside the Russian army in the war against Ukraine are complaining about not getting enough food. To solve this problem, the Russian Federation sent Major General Mevlyutov, Deputy Commander for Resource Support of the Leningrad Military District, to the Kursk region. There, he ordered to issue individual rations to the DPRK army from the food stocks of the 11th separate airborne assault brigade of the Russian Armed Forces.

The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine reports.

It is noted that to solve this problem, the Russian Federation sent Major General Mevlyutov, Deputy Commander for Resource Support of the Leningrad Military District, to the Kursk region.

“The aggressor state of Russia continues the process of deploying the North Korean contingent,” the Defence Intelligence added.
