Ukraine's 92nd Assault Brigade Destroys Russian Armor Attack In Kharkiv oblast

The report is interesting both because the Russians are still attempting to attack Ukrainian positions in Kharkiv oblast months after their assault was repelled with heavy losses, but also because the Ukrainians are demonstrating that the Russians do not seem capable of launching successful surprise attacks on this now relatively quiet part of the front compared to Kursk and Pokrovsk. JL

Militarnyi reports:

The 92nd Assault Brigade reported that early in the morning, the invaders moved from the territory of the Russian Federation in the direction of Ukraine with three armored vehicles – two BMP-2s and one T-72 tank. Ukrainian artillery, including cluster munitions, FPV drones, and drones with ammunition from the Unmanned Strike Aviation Systems Battalion “Achilles,” UAV units of assault battalions, and a fire support company, fired on the invaders’ armored vehicles, defeating their attempt to attack Ukrainian positions.

Soldiers of the 92nd Assault Brigade fought off an attempt by Russian invaders to attack Ukrainian positions in the Kharkiv region.

The brigade’s press service published a video of the destruction of Russian equipment.

The Russians tried to storm the positions of the Ukrainian defenders, but they gave them a worthy rebuff.

The 92nd Assault Brigade reported that early in the morning, the invaders moved from the territory of the Russian Federation in the direction of Ukraine with three armored vehicles – two BMP-2s and one T-72 tank.

The early hour did not prevent the Ukrainian military from detecting the enemy’s movements and using various available weapons to destroy them.

Ukrainian artillery, including cluster munitions, FPV drones, and drones with ammunition, were firing on the invaders’ armored vehicles.

“Our guys met the invaders with a warm welcome: artillery, the Unmanned Strike Aviation Systems Battalion “Achilles,” UAV units of assault battalions, and a fire support company were working,” the 92nd Assault Brigade noted.

As a result of successful coordinated combat work, Ukrainian defenders defeated an armored group of Russian invaders.

Previously, the FLIGHT CLUB unit, part of the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade, shared a video of various targets being hit.

The Ukrainian military effectively used a Shark drone at night to strike the invaders.

The operation also involved Achilles and Code 92 unmanned systems units.

Infantry fighting vehicles, tanks, infantry on motorcycles, artillery systems, and places of Russian concentration were hit.
