The tank crew of the Ukrainian 53rd Mechanized Brigade defeated three Russian tanks in one battle. (In) 15 minutes, the crew fired three shots, and destroyed three Russian combat vehicles. The 53rd is fighting in the Avdiivka area. The tank battle took place at a distance of  2.8 kilometers. “This can rightfully be considered a legendary performance." It is reported that the crew fought for 15 minutes, fired three shots, and destroyed three Russian combat vehicles.

 

It is known that the 53rd Brigade is fighting in the Avdiivka direction, so we can assume that this battle took place in the same area.

“This can rightfully be considered a legendary performance of a combat mission, which will become the foundation for numerous military textbooks,” the brigade commented.

 

Similar cases have previously occurred in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

In particular, in September 2023, Militarnyi reported that the Ukrainian Leopard 2A6 won two Russian T-80BV in battle. The battle took place at the beginning of counteroffensive actions in Zaporizhzhia.
